Conscript martyred by armed gangs in southeast Iran

TEHRAN – A conscript was martyred in a clash with armed thugs in the border province of Sistan-Baluchistan on Wednesday.

The conscript, Mo’in Ghadamyari, was martyred near the border town of Zabol.

Ghadamyari was a native of the shrine city of Mashhad.

Another conscript was martyred and another wounded in a deadly shooting in the border province on Sunday night.  The two conscripts were targeted in the port city of Chabahar. 

According to Iranian media, two gunmen shot at the conscripts who were in the line of duty. One conscript identified as Aref Hooti lost his life as a result of the shooting and the other one, Benyamin Fazeli, has been shot in the shoulder and is now receiving treatment in a local hospital.
